The beginning of any new year brings with it updated estate and gift tax laws. Although the 2012 estate and gift tax law enacted in 2012 made some of the laws permanent, there are other possible changes on the horizon. This seminar will explain the 2015/2016 estate and gift tax planning landscape. The seminar will also focus on specific estate planning techniques which minimize the imposition of federal and state estate taxes.
