Arianna has more than 15 years of experience handling intellectual property transactions and litigation in diverse media and technology areas, as well as general commercial matters and dispute resolution. Representative matters include:

  • Developing intellectual property development and monetization strategies for a successful media branding company;
  • Successfully guiding a client through the development and launch of a new app, including contracting with software developers and assisting the client with the selection and securing of rights in new trademark; 
  • Obtaining a judgment of invalidity for an accused infringer of a real estate tax patent;
  • Overseeing a favorable resolution of a suit against an accused infringer of logistics tracking technology;
  • Successfully stopped infringement of a client’s trademarks and website content by a competitor website, avoiding litigation; and
  • Helped clients navigate through a business divorce through negotiation of a favorable settlement among the partners.

Arianna is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York, as well as to the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First and Federal Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts of the Districts of New Jersey, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of Colorado and the Eastern District of Texas.

A regular speaker and writer in her field, Arianna's recent articles include Patent Litigation in the Wake of the America Invents Act, New York Law Journal, May 14, 2012 and In Internet Advertising, Context Is King, New Jersey Law Journal, May 23, 2011. Recent speaking engagements include presentations on construction contract drafting (NYC Bar CLE 2015), enforcement of judgments (NYC Bar Breakfast Series 2014), LLC operating agreement drafting (NYC Bar Breakfast Series 2013), and start-up intellectual property protection (West CLE 2013).

Arianna was selected by her peers as a New York Super Lawyer in 2014, 2015 and 2020 in Intellectual Property Litigation.  No aspect of this advertisement has been approved by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.  See Award Methodology.

Arianna is an active member of member of the New York City Bar, currently serving as Chair of the Intellectual Property Subcommittee of the Women in the Legal Profession Committee, as well as providing counsel, pro bono, for Professional Women in Construction.
