Emily Park is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and is based in the firm’s New Jersey office. Prior to joining the firm, Emily served as a Chancery law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey to the Hon. Robert P. Contillo, the Hon. Edward A. Jerejian, and the Hon. Gerald C. Escala (Ret.).
Emily received her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. She was an Associate Editor of the Fordham International Law Journal. While in law school, Emily interned with the Federal Trade Commission, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and Samsung Electronics. She also served as a judicial intern in the chambers of the Hon. Danny K. Chun, Deputy Administrative Judge in the King County Supreme Court.
Emily is fluent in Korean and a member of the Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York.
