J. Kate Stickles is a member of the Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Department and is based in the Firm’s Delaware office. Kate concentrates her practice in the area of corporate bankruptcy, with particular experience representing debtors, official committees, examiners and post-confirmation trustees in all aspects of chapter 11 proceedings, including bankruptcy litigation and appeals.
