Bradley P. Pollina is an associate in the firm's Litigation and Employment practice groups. His litigation practice focuses on commercial litigation. Bradley has handled various matters in the federal and state courts of New York, including lawsuits under RICO, the federal securities laws, various state consumer protection laws, and creditors' rights and judgment enforcement disputes. Bradley has also advised corporate and individual clients navigating civil and criminal government investigations, and has represented clients providing testimony to various government agencies, including the Department of Justice and the Securities Exchange Commission. Bradley has recently been appointed to a term of service on the Committee on State Courts of Superior Jurisdiction of the New York City Bar Association.
